この度、株式会社オリンピアでは一部店舗におきまして、2023年11月17日(金)より消費税免税サービスの提供を開始いたします。

海外から観光で日本にお越しになったお客様や日本国籍をお持ちで海外に在住されているお客様の利便性が高まり、“カワイイ”をより一層楽しんでいただけましたら幸いです。

手続き方法や注意事項など詳細は下記をご確認ください。

今後もお客様により一層満足していただけるサービスを提供してまいりますので、変わらぬご愛顧のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

■ご利用条件
免税対象となるお客様は以下の通りです。

＜外国籍のお客様＞
▪お買い上げ金額が5,500円（税抜5,000円）以上
▪日本での滞在期間が6カ月未満
▪「短期滞在」「外交」「公用」の在留資格
▪パスポート（上陸許可の認証を受けたもの）または以下の許可証を持参
　・乗員上陸許可書
　・緊急上陸許可書
　・避難による上陸許可書
　・船舶観光上陸許可書

　※Visit Japan Webで免税用のＱＲコードを提示できるお客様は、パスポートの提示は不要です。

＜日本国籍のお客様＞
▪お買い上げ金額が5,500円（税抜5,000円）以上
▪日本での滞在期間が6カ月未満
▪継続して2年以上国外に居住していることを「在留資格」または「戸籍の附表の写し」の原本で確認可能
　※証明書類には本籍の地番までの記載が必要
▪パスポート（上陸許可の認証を受けたもの）または以下の許可証を持参
　・乗員上陸許可書
　・緊急上陸許可書
　・避難による上陸許可書
　・船舶観光上陸許可書

【注意事項】
▪オリンピア公式オンラインショップは免税サービスの提供を行っておりません。
▪入国時に自動化ゲートを通過され、パスポートに入国時の認証が押されていない場合、入国日の確認が出来ないため免税対応をいたしかねます。
▪免税をご希望される場合は、自動化ゲートを通過された際に、入国管理局の職員に申し出ていただき認証（スタンプまたはシール）取得してください。
▪免税商品を購入された場合は、入国日から6カ月以内に出国・海外へ商品を持ち出していただく必要があります。6カ月以内に海外へ持ち出せなかった場合、出国時に課税されますのでご注意ください。

We are pleased to announce that, starting from November 17, 2023 (Friday), selected stores of OLYMPIA have started duty-free services.
*The number of stores offering duty-free services will gradually expand.

We hope that this will enhance the convenience for customers who visit Japan for tourism purposes from overseas or for those who hold Japanese nationality and reside abroad and help them to enjoy “kawaii” even more.

For detailed procedures, precautions, and other information, please check the following or inquire with our store staff.

<The customers eligible for duty-free services are as follows:>

For Customers of Foreign Nationality:
▪Purchase amount of 5,000 yen (excluding tax) or more.
▪Stay duration in Japan is less than 6 months.
▪Residency status of “Short-term stay,” “Diplomatic,” or “Official.”
▪Passport (with landing permission authentication) or one of the following permits:
　・Crew Landing Permit
　・Emergency Landing Permit
　・Landing Permit due to Distress
　・Ship Tourism Landing Permit
　　*Customers presenting a duty-free QR code on Visit Japan Web do not need to show their passport.

For Customers of Japanese Nationality:
▪Purchase amount of 5,000 yen (excluding tax) or more.
▪Stay duration in Japan is less than 6 months.
▪Continuous residence outside Japan for 2 years or more, confirmed by the original of the
　”Residency Status” or “Copy of the Family Register Attachment.”
　*The certificate must include details up to the home address.
▪Passport (with landing permission authentication) or one of the following permits:
　・Crew Landing Permit
　・Emergency Landing Permit
　・Landing Permit due to Distress
　・Ship Tourism Landing Permit

Important Notes:

・Duty-free services are not available at the Olympia official online shop.
・If you pass through automated gates upon entry and your passport lacks entry stamps, we cannot process duty-free services since the entry date cannot be confirmed.
・To avail duty-free services, please approach immigration officers at the time of passing through automated gates to obtain entry stamps (stamp or seal).
・If you purchase duty-free items, please carry the goods out of the country within 6 months from the entry date. Failure to do so may result in taxation upon departure, so please be aware of this policy.
